Job Summary
Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and manage scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables for data center due diligence assignments from early site screening through conceptual planning. Review site development concepts including master plans, grading, stormwater management, utilities, and permitting to support due diligence recommendations. Prepare client-ready reports, risk summaries, proposals, and cost estimates while tracking action items and providing status updates to project managers and client teams. Assist with site visits and maintain clear communication across the project team to ensure timely execution.
Required Qualifications
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- No sponsorship available
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, geology, chemistry, physics, biology, or a related discipline
- Minimum of five years of relevant consulting experience
- Experience supporting project management activities, including scope, schedule, budget, meeting coordination, action tracking, and deliverable management
- Working knowledge of site development principles, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, earthwork, development constraints, permitting, and interpretation of conceptual site plans, Civil 3D drawings, surveys, and technical studies
- Strong technical writing, organization, communication, problem-solving, and client-service skills
- Experience with CAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, GIS, data centers, mission-critical, industrial projects
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree
- Environmental engineering candidates should have demonstrated civil/site development or land development experience
- EIT or PE credentials
- Experience with data centers, mission-critical, industrial projects
