Job Summary
Lead Oracle Procurement Lead will provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Procurement modules, troubleshoot and resolve procurement-related incidents (requisitions, POs, supplier management, sourcing), perform root cause analysis, monitor and support integrations with Finance, supplier portals, and middleware, manage change requests and minor enhancements, support deployments and UAT, train end-users, and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure continuity. The role emphasizes driving minor system enhancements, coordinating with Oracle support for complex issues, and ensuring Procure-to-Pay processes remain stable and efficient.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in Oracle Procurement modules (Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Management, and Sourcing)
- Experience supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes in a production environment
- Proven experience providing L2/L3 production support and incident management
- Ability to troubleshoot functional and integration issues across procurement systems
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Good understanding of Oracle ERP integrations and data flow between procurement and finance systems
- ITIL knowledge or experience in structured production support environments
