Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years people leadership experience in a Program Management
- 5-8 years in construction management
- Leadership experience in leading strategic development and performance metrics
- Experience navigating complex organizations and driving alignment
- Experience managing delivery of multiple projects concurrently
- Expert project management skills (communication, planning, risk management, capacity planning)
- Ability to educate teams on PM best practices
- Great communication skills as a liaison between technical teams and business units
- PMP Certification/waterfall practitioner
- Fluent in Microsoft products

- Analytics, data and reporting experience
