Lead - Construction Project Management

Job Summary
Manage end-to-end execution of high-end DTC, B2B, and showroom construction projects from initial planning to handover, ensuring strict adherence to aggressive opening timelines and budget controls. Enforce phase separation between design and construction to eliminate late-stage changes, while supervising outsourced project managers, general contractors, and vendors as the ultimate decision-maker for change orders. Act as the key financial and schedule forecaster, evaluating on-site challenges through rigorous Time and Cost forecasting to safeguard delivery. Partner closely with internal clients to maintain engagement and enthusiasm, while contributing to organizational change by structuring scalable workflows and standardized reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience delivering premium commercial spaces or flagship retail stores
- Experience in high-end fit-outs
- Demonstrated expertise in rigorous scheduling (e.g., Critical Path Method)
- Budget estimation
- Proactive risk management
- Strong experience in sourcing, steering, and holding external PM firms, architects, and general contractors accountable to strict KPIs
- Excellent communication skills
- A logical mindset capable of establishing clear project milestones, 'freeze dates' for design, and structured change-management protocols
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management
- Fluency in English
