Lead Construction Manager

Job Summary
Lead the field construction organization across PC21, PC27, and enabling works by overseeing CM, contractor performance, field HSE, and quality. Enforce LIFE program and BeyondZero expectations while driving constructability inputs into design and value engineering. Manage contractor productivity, resolve owner-side constraints, and deliver milestone-by-milestone against the program schedule. Build and run the field leadership team's operating cadence including daily plans, weekly look-aheads, and monthly reviews. Partner with the Lead PM and project managers to ensure successful mechanical completion. Full-time, on-site role requiring 20+ years of large-scale capital construction experience in regulated industries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related.
- 20+ years of large-scale capital construction experience
- 10+ years as a senior construction manager on pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated-industry projects >$500+M TIC
- Track record leading multi-discipline, multi-contractor field organizations through full lifecycle
- Demonstrated HSE leadership
- OSHA 30 minimum
- English required
- Full-time, on-site
Desired Qualifications
- CSP or equivalent
- PMP
- AGC/CMAA membership
- Spanish
- Spanish strongly preferred for Puerto Rico site leadership
- Effective communication in English (Spanish strongly preferred for Puerto Rico site leadership)
