Lead Construction Coordinator

Job Summary
Lead a multi-disciplinary team of construction coordinators to liaise between engineering and field operations, guiding constructability decisions, reviews, and schedule development for Bechtel’s Natrium nuclear project. Develop constructability concepts with design teams, participate in constructability reviews, and drive procurement, logistics, and on-site coordination to optimize cost, safety, and schedule. Oversee engineering and procurement deliverables, monitor project progress, and apply standardized Bechtel processes and safety philosophy while improving construction methods. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 8–14 years (or 12–14 years) of relevant experience; nuclear construction knowledge preferred; role is part-time telework with at least three days in-person per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- 8-14 years or 12-14 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Nuclear Power Construction preferred
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of construction engineering disciplines
- Experience with engineering, procurement, and construction interfaces
- Bechtel Construction Nuclear Work Process Procedures
- Bechtel Core Processes
- Environmental, Health & Safety knowledge
- Field automation tools knowledge
