Job Summary
Conduct advanced conflict searches and complex projects with limited supervision, reviewing Conflict Results Reports to identify true potential conflicts for Intapp Open workflow intake requests. Research materiality of potential conflicts, contact attorneys and assistants to clear conflicts, and communicate daily with the Manager regarding resolution status. Thoroughly document and organize resolution documentation, track outstanding workflow requests, and perform quality assurance on completed conflict packets. Assist with clearing lateral hires, mentor RM team members, and plan daily work tasks including special projects and coverage coordination. Report regularly to department management on team goals and accomplishments while handling special projects assigned by the Director of Conflicts & Docketing Operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree
- 4-year degree preferred
- 3-5 years' experience
- Ability to respond to requests requiring analysis of potential conflict of interest issues
Desired Qualifications
- 5 years of progressively responsible related work experience
