Job Summary
Lead Concierge at Bozzuto responsible for leading resident services, coaching and mentoring team members, solving resident issues, planning and executing events to foster community, driving brand loyalty, and generating awareness via social media. Requires 2+ years in hospitality/retail/hotel, strong communication, social media proficiency, ability to work Mon–Fri 11am–7pm with weekends/evenings as needed, and physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in a hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment
- Proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and a passion to create and deliver engaging and distinctive content.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- A sharp professional appearance
- Competent with various software, apps and computer programs
- An eye for detail and a knack for anticipating a customer’s needs
- A customer-focused mentality
