Job Summary
Lead the Composite Shop operations to safely and efficiently maintain aircraft structures and composite components, overseeing daily tasks, planning workload and resources, authorizing work instructions and ensuring regulatory compliance. Drive shop capability development, tooling assessment, audits, and continuous improvement while leading a multicultural team and coordinating with Engineering, QA, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure timely component availability and adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Structural/Airframe discipline), or equivalent technical discipline.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft structure maintenance procedures, equipment, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in managing shop capability development, tooling assessments, and audit compliance processes.
- Proficiency in AMOS or similar Maintenance & Engineering software systems for task management, inventory control, and structural part release.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, planning, and presentations.
