Job Summary
Lead Compliance Investigator role within CHHA; plans, develops, implements, and oversees the grievance investigation and resolution processes to ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid, federal, state, and local regulations, as well as agency policies. Requires solid healthcare experience, especially in home care, with strong analytical and investigative skills to achieve timely grievance resolution and ensure patient rights are upheld. Preferred Bachelor’s degree; five+ years in healthcare and three+ years in compliance/investigations; ability to work with staff at all levels and exercise discretion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Five or more years of health care experience preferred
- Three or more years of experience in home care, compliance, quality management, or investigations preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, CHHA grievance, patient rights, and complaint resolution requirements
- Ability to exercise initiative, sound judgment, and discretion in sensitive matters
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
