Job Summary
Lead Compliance Analyst responsible for leading execution of the compliance controls testing plan, coordinating with the Chief Risk Office and Regulatory Compliance teams, preparing and maintaining documentation, monitoring remediation plans, and providing insights for stakeholder meetings. Requires 5+ years of experience in assurance or related field, a Bachelor’s degree, professional qualifications (CA/CPA/CIA or equivalent), exposure to GRC tooling and Power BI, and prior work in utilities or related industries. Hybrid work arrangement in Waltham, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Graduate Degree
- 5+ years of experience in assurance field or related professional field
- Experience in controls testing with knowledge of testing methodology
- Able to follow plans and guidance for on-track delivery
- Experience with Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) tooling
- Strong communication and stakeholder reporting skills
- Experience in utilities or related industries preferred
- Professional assurance qualification (CA, CPA, CIA) or equivalent
