Lead Compliance and Approvals Project Manager

Job Summary
Act as the single point of contact for the Compliance and Approvals team, managing deliverables resolution with cross-sub teams and external certification bodies. Lead and coordinate global GMA processes to ensure product compliance across 90 countries, driving cross-functional teams adhering to established protocols. Maintain a centralized reporting dashboard to monitor certification timelines, risks, and renewals while ensuring alignment with global product launch schedules. Own the global GMA process, collaborating with regulatory authorities and testing agencies to track requirements and lead times. Fluently communicate in Mandarin and English to manage international partners and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in compliance and regulatory approvals, or project management within a manufacturing, consumer electronics
- Familiarity with GMA global regulatory certification processes with proven track record for international markets (e.g., UL, CE, FCC, IEC, RoHS, REACH)
- Experience working closely with manufacturers in different partnership model, and third-party testing/certification agencies
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) for effective communication with China partners
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) to communicate with Dyson's global teams and certification authorities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with stakeholders across Dyson and Partners
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high levels of responsibility and accountability
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification is an advantage to this role, but not compulsory
