Lead Community Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary
Provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and families using evidence-based interventions like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and deliver crisis intervention and safety planning as needed. Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary teams while supporting Family Mentors and a Support Clinician. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development. Deliver services in-home or via telehealth, traveling between client locations with a valid driver's license. Work four weekdays and one weekend day, with hours generally between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM on weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- One year of supervised clinical experience under a QMHP
- Completion of 1,000 practicum hours
- Completion of a supervised clinical internship
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Valid driver's license
- Valid auto insurance
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
- Availability for four weekdays and one weekend day each week
- Work hours generally fall between 12:00 PM–8:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 AM–6:00 PM on weekends
