Lead, Community Engagement and Strategy, Institutional Communities

Job Summary
Lead the planning and delivery of Institutional Communities sessions and events (e.g., Partner Advisory Group Meeting 2026, Annual Meeting 2027) and support the team’s strategic priorities. Collaborate with the Managing Director, Head of Institutional Communities, and Specialists to prepare briefing materials, identify thematic topics, and deliver executive and steering committee meetings. Drive community engagement and development processes, deepen relationships with member companies, draft key communications and presentations, and integrate AI to improve efficiency and innovation in day-to-day efforts. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, event management, cross-team collaboration, and superior communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). This is a 6-month maternity cover based in Geneva, Switzerland, with responsibilities spanning community strategy, events, engagement, and development across internal focal points and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- 6+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement or community management
- strong organizational and project management skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
- fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
