Job Summary
Lead Commissions Analyst responsible for end-to-end sales commissions operations using Xactly Incent for 150+ participants, including plan distribution management, termination tracking, accruals, payments, reconciliation, and SOX controls. Collaborates with Sales, People Operations, and Finance to maintain accurate participant data (hiring, terminations, transfers, quotas, revenue, crediting rules) and to support plan testing, data gathering, and ad hoc reporting. Performs monthly financial data audits, handles dispute management via Zendesk, and contributes to process improvements, data integrity, and compliance. Requires strong analytics, advanced Excel, and experience with SFDC; operates in a matrixed environment and supports cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 4 - 6 years of experience with Xactly Incent or related Incentive Compensation Management tool
- 4 - 6 years of Sales Analytics experience
- Ability to collaborate in fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with flexible work style
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivots)
- Experience with SFDC
