Job Summary
Lead Commercial Service Technician / Plumber role: experienced commercial service plumber responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and replacing plumbing fixtures in commercial facilities, including drain cleaning/jetting, gas and water piping, pump systems, and water heaters/boilers. Operates a take-home service truck with gas card and company cell phone; must be able to work nights and weekends as projects require. Requires 5+ years’ experience, high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and strong communication/teamwork skills; advancement and training opportunities offered.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience as a Commercial Service Plumber
- Experience performing Commercial Plumbing Service work in office buildings, medical and healthcare facilities, industrial and manufacturing facilities, distribution/fulfillment centers
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair and replace plumbing fixtures (faucets, toilets, flush valves, instant hot water heaters, etc.)
- Drain cleaning and jetting experience
- Work on water, irrigation, and gas piping (PVC, copper, black pipe, galvanized pipe)
- Experience working on pump systems (recirculation pumps, booster pumps, sump pumps - duplex/triplex systems)
- Troubleshoot/repair commercial application water heaters and/or boilers
- Safely operate a service truck
- Available to work nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced plumbers/installers
- Valid driver's license
