Job Summary
Analyze work orders, plan travel schedules, and investigate complaints to resolve problems for existing accounts. Establish service by studying system requirements, ordering components, completing installations, and performing acceptance tests. Maintain rapport with customers by identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods, and recommending system improvements. Keep personal equipment operating through troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs. Document all actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records while keeping service information confidential. Update job knowledge through educational opportunities and professional publications. Requires a valid driver's license, own tools, and minimum three years of relevant experience.

- Must have experience in a service vehicle, doing service work for an HVAC contractor
- Must have the ability to work with a team
- Must have own tools
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- VRF experience is preferred
- BAS/DDC Controls experience is desired
