Job Summary
The Lead Commercial Roofing Technician will be responsible for the installation of various roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, and single-ply systems. Responsibilities include masonry and tuckpointing, concrete restorations, caulking, waterproofing, and parking garage restoration. Safe operation of tools, following OSHA regulations, and effective communication with team members are essential. The role requires working outside in diverse weather conditions and physical tasks such as climbing ladders and handling heavy materials.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in general construction
- Experience in commercial roofing
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Reliable form of transportation
- Acceptable background check per company standards
- Mobility needed to complete tasks, including climbing and handling at least 50 lbs.
