Installation of various roofing systems including BUR, EPDM, and coatings. Duties also include masonry, tuckpointing, concrete restorations, caulking, waterproofing, and parking garage restoration. Safe operation of tools and adherence to safety regulations are essential. Requires effective communication with team members and the ability to work in diverse weather conditions.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Ability to work outside in varied weather conditions
- Climbing and operating on ladders
- Ability to handle at least 50 lbs.
