Job Summary
The Lead Commercial Roofing Technician will be responsible for the installation of various roofing systems including BUR, EPDM, and Single-ply, as well as masonry, tuckpointing, and concrete restorations. Candidates must demonstrate safe work practices in compliance with OSHA regulations, and effectively communicate with team members. Required skills include the safe operation of tools, ability to handle physical demands of the job, and experience in general construction and roofing.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable form of transportation
- Acceptable background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
- Climbing and operating on ladders
- Ability to handle at least 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in commercial roofing and building envelope
- Knowledge of different roofing systems including BUR, EPDM, Single-ply
- Experience in general construction
