Job Summary
Join a team as a Lead Commercial Roofing Technician to install various roofing systems including BUR, EPDM, and Single-ply. Responsibilities include masonry, caulking, waterproofing, and safe tool operation. Candidates should have reliable transportation, pass background checks, and meet physical demands, including climbing and lifting duties. Prior experience in general construction, commercial roofing, or building envelope is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable form of transportation
- Acceptable background check per company standards
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
- Mobility to complete tasks
- Climbing and operating on ladders
- Ability to handle at least 50 lbs.
