Job Summary
Lead Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist role in Wells Fargo Wholesale Operations focusing on data analytics and project management. You will lead and manage data analytics and project activities supporting complex business initiatives, collaborate with Business, Risk, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver data-driven solutions, design and manage analytics projects including data sourcing, validation, analysis, and reporting, develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance, escalate data and project issues, ensure data governance and regulatory compliance, and drive cross-functional process optimization and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience (or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education)
- Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on timelines
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with Operations, Risk, and Technology teams
- Knowledge of data governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality
- Effective collaboration and communication across levels of the organization
- Commitment to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency
- Ability to work on-site with a hybrid work schedule
