Job Summary
Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of commercial HVAC systems (boilers, chillers, packaged units, refrigeration), perform repairs and maintenance to ensure system performance, conduct routine inspections, communicate findings and solutions to customers, train less experienced technicians, manage van inventory, and uphold codes and safety practices. The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently, and offers opportunities for advancement within a family-oriented company that emphasizes growth, training, and employee development.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a commercial HVAC technician with expertise in boilers, chillers, packaged units, and refrigeration systems
- EPA Certification
- 7+ years experience (preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC equipment
- Build codes and job safety regulations knowledge
