Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing commercial kitchen ventilation systems, rooftop HVAC equipment, exhaust fans, make-up air systems, ductwork, and related controls across the tri-state area. You will diagnose airflow, electrical, mechanical, and control-related problems in active commercial environments, service rooftop equipment, exhaust fans, make-up air systems, and teach and support less experienced technicians in the field. The role requires maintaining organized work habits, managing jobs from diagnosis through completion, and leading demanding field work with minimal oversight in active commercial kitchens and rooftops. Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and diagnostics across commercial HVAC and ventilation systems are essential, along with the ability to handle physically demanding conditions and adapt to varying schedules.
