Join our team as a Lead Commercial HVAC Technician responsible for installation, service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial HVAC systems, as well as mentoring junior technicians. Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostic tools
Desired Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience or the ability to lead a team in the field
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
