Job Summary
Conduct commercial electrical service, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations across various facilities, including tenant improvements and build-outs. Install, maintain, and repair wiring, equipment, fixtures, lighting systems, and controls while pulling wire, bending conduit, and interpreting blueprints. Work safely at heights using ladders and scaffolding, identify code deficiencies, and mentor apprentices. Communicate professionally with customers and project managers, complete service documentation, and maintain a safe work environment. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–5 years of commercial electrical service experience
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to troubleshoot commercial electrical systems efficiently
- Experience with conduit bending, wire pulling, lighting installations, and electrical controls
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds, climb ladders, kneel, crawl, and stand for extended periods
