Job Summary
Oversee the commercial, cost, procurement, and contractual aspects of the Euston Station (HS2) project from initiation to close-out. Lead the commercial team managing sub-contractors for enabling works and design, while advising senior leadership on all commercial issues. Oversee contractual terms, incentivisation arrangements, and monthly consolidated cost reports, delivering capex and opex forecasts. Manage the monthly valuation process, procurement of services, and adjudication of contractor claims. Finalise contractor accounts, process payment applications, and develop mitigation plans for potential claims.
Required Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of all aspects of commercial management
- Familiarity with various forms of contract
- Excellent knowledge of integrated reporting
- Experience in a commercial management role
- Past experience of major (£500m+) projects
- Formal qualification RICS or professional experience
- Management of large multifunction teams
