Job Summary
Optimize acquisition product experiences by partnering with the Senior Manager of Product Analytics to align cross-functional teams on performance goals. Execute the analytics and experimentation roadmap for Commerce and Growth teams, leveraging AI tools to build scalable self-service solutions. Develop and maintain high-performance data pipelines in Databricks while defining measurement requirements for large time series datasets. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline and 4+ years of experience with analytics engineering stacks including Databricks, BigQuery, and Looker, within acquisition or media entertainment sectors. The position is hybrid with a minimum four-day in-office requirement and offers a salary range of $125,000 - $165,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years of experience working with analytics engineering and product analytics stack (e.g. Databricks, BigQuery, Tableau, Looker, Airflow, etc.)
- 4+ years of applied experience in acquisition, subscriptions, direct to consumer or media entertainment. Familiarity with data challenges specific to subscription and user behavior analytics.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools to streamline work, solve problems, or create efficiencies
- Experience performing analysis with large time series datasets.
- Experience in defining data collection and measurement requirements.
- Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
