Job Summary
Partner with Studio Management to ensure studio success by leading and developing a dynamic team of fitness professionals. Recruit, train, and educate new coaches while handling member concerns professionally. Work with the sales team to guide new members through their first workout and conduct staff meetings and webinars. Lead and motivate members through pre-designed, heart-rate focused training programs while staying aware of competitive fitness trends.
