Job Summary
Partner with Studio Management to ensure studio success, lead and develop a dynamic team of fitness professionals, and recruit, train, and educate new coaches. Handle member concerns professionally to resolve issues, work with the sales team to guide new members through their first workout, and conduct staff meetings and mandatory webinars. Lead and motivate members through pre-designed, heart-rate focused workouts while understanding the science behind the programs and monitoring competitive offerings.
