Lead Coach, District (Internal Candidates Only), Multiple Positions [SY 2026-2027]

Lead Coach roles across PK-12 content areas (Literacy, Math, Science, Social Studies, ELD) within Salem Public Schools to develop agendas, plan and facilitate content coach meetings, monitor MCAS/STAR/DCA data, coordinate DCA creation and sharing with the technology team, communicate district priorities, support professional development, and contribute to grant applications. Responsibilities include ensuring consistency around assessments, aligning PRISM with instructional practice, and collaborating with the Academics Team Directors/Executive Director and partners. The positions require current Salem Public Schools coaching experience, Massachusetts educator certification, and SEI endorsement; work is conducted at Central Office on Mondays 8-12 during the SY 2026-2027 with multiple content-area responsibilities and a focus on equitable student outcomes.
