Job Summary
Lead Coach at BODY20 is a Player/Coach position that collaborates with the Studio Manager to achieve revenue and membership goals. Responsibilities include recruiting and managing fitness coaches, setting and evaluating monthly performance goals, conducting staff meetings, training new staff, and overseeing the execution of BODY20 sessions. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, personal training knowledge, and a commitment to integrity and professionalism. Relevant certifications in personal training and CPR/AED are preferred.

- Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry
- Excel in time management, organizational and follow-up skills
- Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly
Desired Qualifications
- Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred)
- CPR/AED certification (preferred)
- 1-3 years of previous Personal Training experience (preferred)
