Job Summary

Lead day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the Co-Worker Health team; ensure regulatory compliance for clinical operations; collaborate with outside resources for program development; oversee drug and alcohol screenings; coordinate with Co-Worker Health leadership, nurses, and Medical Review Officer; communicate policy updates with Mercy work groups; maintain PPE and training; represent Co-Worker Health on committees; lead education on immunizations and patient care; manage forms/documentation; process new hire paperwork as a Co-Worker Health nurse; provide preventive health services (e.g., blood pressure checks, temperature screenings); serve as ReadySet Superuser/Trainer; manage inventory and supply ordering; support Workers’ Compensation coordination; coordinate care for co-workers exposed to infectious diseases; support Infectious Disease collaboration and committees; ensure trends and resolutions are communicated to protect co-workers and patients.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of a state-approved nursing school
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the appropriate state
  • Two years as an RN
  • Three years clinical experience and current Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
