Job Summary
The Lead CNA oversees daily operations and activities of Day Center Technicians, mentoring and training staff to ensure high-quality participant care. Responsibilities include crisis management, quality assurance, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The role requires a minimum of three years of experience with older adults in healthcare, including a supervisory position, a current CNA license, CPR certification, and a High School Diploma or GED. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Associate Degree in healthcare-related field preferred
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant License strongly preferred
- CPR certification required
- Minimum three years of experience working with older adults in a healthcare setting
- At least one year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Serve Safe Handler certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Desired Qualifications
- Leadership in healthcare settings
- Knowledge of PACE program operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in training and development
Additional Requirements
