Job Summary
Lead on-site Club Leader and primary point of contact for partner and parent communication, ensuring clear and timely updates. Maintain a safe, inclusive environment while developing age-appropriate activities aligned with social emotional learning and skill building. Monitor participant attendance and engagement, build positive relationships with youth and stakeholders, and collaborate on culminating events. Serve as the liaison for school partners to ensure program alignment. Submit daily student attendance and comply with safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience working in expanded learning programs or youth recreational facilities
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- AA Degree in Child Development or a related field
- Prior experience working with groups of K-12 students in an academic or recreational setting
- Work well with young children and/or youth
- Good oral and written communication
- Computer literacy and willingness to learn
- Valid LIVE Scan
- TB Clearance
- CPR Certification
- Must successfully pass an assessment test evaluating skills in math, reading comprehension, and spelling
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
Desired Qualifications
