Job Summary
Lead Cloud Operations & SRE Engineer to define the technical vision and best practices for Cloud Operations & SRE, drive automation, resilience, scalability, and cost optimization, supervise critical incident management, coordinate remediation efforts, collaborate with Engineering, Security and Support teams, promote DevOps/SRE processes, and support developers on CI/CD, platforms, and cloud operations. Requires AWS expertise (Landing Zone, Organizations, SCPs, Direct Connect), EKS/Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Git); demonstrates technical leadership of SRE/Cloud Operations teams and ability to shape platform strategy across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in leading SRE or Cloud Operations teams
- Proven expertise in AWS (Landing Zone, Organizations, SCPs, Direct Connect)
- Strong knowledge of EKS and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira
- Ability to define platform strategies aligned with business goals
- Automation, observability, and incident management for high-impact events
