Lead, Cloud and Security

Lead and support the daily activities of NACG's cloud and infrastructure team, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure effective teamwork and technical proficiency. Manage and prioritize operational tasks including monitoring, maintenance, incident response, and service requests for core environments used by subsidiaries. Oversee proactive maintenance, capacity planning, and incident response efforts to ensure system stability, scalability, and minimal downtime. Identify operational inefficiencies and drive enhancements to procedures, documentation, and automation. Collaborate with application teams, service owners, and subsidiary IT contacts to align shared infrastructure services while ensuring compliance with security, compliance, and governance frameworks. Maintain comprehensive operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. Provide leadership for on-call rotations and maintain an onsite presence with flexibility for after-hours support.
