Job Summary
Install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process, maintain a safe and organized work environment, and collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Lead training and support for entry-level team members while quickly identifying solutions to problems. Pickup and drop off the service vehicle at designated locations. This role offers flexible scheduling, performance bonuses, and paid training for a self-motivated installer passionate about carpentry.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Ability to Lead and Train entry level installers
- Ability to quickly identify solutions to problems and act accordingly to solve issues
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
- Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry a plus
