Job Summary
Lead Clinician coordinates and supervises clinical services for the KYUMH Caminos program, oversees clinical aspects for youth in care, provides clinical guidance to Care Team and direct care staff, conducts mental health assessments and crisis intervention, develops goal-oriented diagnostic assessments, leads staff trainings, and serves on the on-call crisis rotation. Requires master's or doctoral level behavioral health degree and current Kentucky licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent), with 2+ years of post-graduate clinical experience and experience in supervision. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; position located in Owensboro, KY; full-time with salary in the mid- to high-$60k range plus recruitment incentive.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or doctorate degree in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or another relevant behavioral health discipline
- Current Independent Licensure - LPCC, LCSW, LMFT or other applicable Kentucky licensure
- 2+ years of post-graduate direct service delivery experience
- Experience in supervision
