Job Summary
Manage the in-house Clinical Team at Papworth Hall School by collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team and Regional Clinical Lead to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex neurodivergence and SEMH needs. Coordinate line management of the onsite clinical team while holding a therapy caseload, ensuring EHCP plans are met through target-led clinical ways of working. Lead service development for the school-based clinical service and foster independence within an education setting for pupils aged 5–16. Work within a multidisciplinary framework to maintain a person-centred, empowering approach that prioritizes safeguarding and pupil voice.
Required Qualifications
- Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- A Registered Practitioner with the HCPC or other approved governing body
- Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g. BPS
- Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work dynamically and within a growing and developing clinical service
- Fully enhanced DBS
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty preferred
