Job Summary
Lead the in-house Clinical Team at Papworth Hall School by delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex autism, neurodivergence, and SEMH needs. Manage a therapy caseload while coordinating line management for onsite clinical staff and driving service development alongside the Senior Leadership Team. Prioritize EHCP plan delivery through targeted 'all', 'group', and 'individual' clinical working methods. Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Lead to foster a person-centred approach that empowers pupils aged 5–16 to flourish in independence.
Required Qualifications
- Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- A Registered Practitioner with the HCPC or other approved governing body
- Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g. BPS
- Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work dynamically and within a growing and developing clinical service

Desired Qualifications
- Experience of multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty preferred
