Job Summary
Lead the in-house Clinical Team at Papworth Hall School by delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and SEMH needs. Manage a therapy caseload while coordinating line management of onsite clinical staff and driving service development in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team and Regional Clinical Lead. Prioritize meeting EHCP plans through target-led clinical ways of working that foster pupil independence. Work dynamically within a growing clinical service to enhance quality of life outcomes for children aged 5–16.
Required Qualifications
- Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- A Registered Practitioner with the HCPC or other approved governing body
- Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g. BPS
- Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work dynamically and within a growing and developing clinical service
