Job Summary
Lead the in-house Clinical Team at Papworth Hall School while managing a therapy caseload for students with autism, developmental trauma, and SEMH needs. Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans aligned with EHCP targets using the OFG 'all', 'group', and 'individual' clinical ways of working. Coordinate line management of the onsite team and drive service development in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team and Regional Clinical Lead. Work dynamically within a growing clinical service to enhance pupil outcomes, supported by a multidisciplinary approach and regular peer reflection forums.
Required Qualifications
- Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- A Registered Practitioner with the HCPC or other approved governing body
- Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g. BPS
- Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work dynamically and within a growing and developing clinical service
