Job Summary
Lead the in-house Clinical Team at Papworth Hall School by managing therapy caseloads and delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and SEMH needs. Coordinate line management of onsite staff, lead service development in collaboration with Senior Leadership, and ensure EHCP plans are met through targeted 'all', 'group', and 'individual' clinical ways of working. Maintain a person-centred, empowering approach while fostering independence among pupils aged 5–16.
Required Qualifications
- Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- A Registered Practitioner with the HCPC or other approved governing body
- Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g. BPS
- Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work dynamically and within a growing and developing clinical service

Desired Qualifications
