Job Summary
Manage the in-house Clinical Team at Papworth Hall School by collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team and Regional Clinical Lead to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and SEMH needs. Lead line management of the onsite clinical team while coordinating target-led EHCP plans through our 'all', 'group', and 'individual' clinical working methods. Drive service development for the clinical school-based service and maintain a person-centred, empowering approach that prioritizes pupil involvement in decisions affecting their care. Work independently within a multidisciplinary environment to foster independence and better outcomes for pupils aged 5–16.
Required Qualifications
- Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- A Registered Practitioner with the HCPC or other approved governing body
- Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g. BPS
- Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work dynamically and within a growing and developing clinical service
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty preferred
