Job Summary
Manage the in-house Clinical Team at Papworth Hall School by delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with autism, developmental trauma, and SEMH needs. Coordinate line management of the onsite clinical team, lead service development alongside the Senior Leadership Team, and meet EHCP plan targets through the OFG 'all', 'group', and 'individual' clinical ways of working. Provide supervision to therapy team members while maintaining a therapy caseload, ensuring a person-centred approach that prioritizes pupil independence and safeguarding. Work dynamically within a growing clinical service to enhance quality of life outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- A Registered Practitioner with the HCPC or other approved governing body
- Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g. BPS
- Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work dynamically and within a growing and developing clinical service

Desired Qualifications
- Experience of multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty preferred
