Job Summary
Manage the in-house Clinical Team at Papworth Hall School by delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex autism, neurodivergence, and SEMH needs. Coordinate line management of the onsite clinical team and lead service development in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team and Regional Clinical Lead. Prioritize target-led delivery of EHCP plans through our 'all', 'group', and 'individual' clinical ways of working while maintaining a person-centred approach. This role supports children aged 5–16 within Outcomes First Group's Options Autism brand, fostering independence and better outcomes in a research-led environment.
Required Qualifications
- Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- A Registered Practitioner with the HCPC or other approved governing body
- Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g. BPS
- Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work dynamically and within a growing and developing clinical service

Desired Qualifications
- Experience of multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty preferred
