Job Summary
Lead the in-house Clinical Team at Papworth Hall School while managing a therapy caseload for students with complex needs, including autism, developmental trauma, and SEMH. Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans aligned with EHCP targets using our 'all', 'group', and 'individual' clinical working methods. Coordinate line management for onsite staff and drive service development in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team and Regional Clinical Lead. The role involves 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday as a permanent position. Outcomes First Group supports children aged 5–16 through personalized learning plans and a research-led curriculum.
Required Qualifications
- Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- A Registered Practitioner with the HCPC or other approved governing body
- Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g. BPS
- Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work dynamically and within a growing and developing clinical service

Desired Qualifications
- Experience of multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty preferred
