Job Summary
Manage the in-house Clinical Team at Papworth Hall School while delivering a therapy caseload for students with complex autism, developmental trauma, and SEMH needs. Lead line management of onsite staff, coordinate service development with the Senior Leadership Team, and ensure EHCP plans are met through target-led clinical ways of working. Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils aged 5–16, fostering independence within a person-centred, empowering approach. Work dynamically within a growing clinical service alongside a multidisciplinary team to enhance quality of life outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- A Registered Practitioner with the HCPC or other approved governing body
- Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g. BPS
- Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work dynamically and within a growing and developing clinical service
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty preferred
