Job Summary
Lead the in-house Clinical Team at Papworth Hall School by delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex needs related to autism, neurodivergence, and SEMH. Manage a therapy caseload while coordinating line management and driving service development alongside the Senior Leadership Team and Regional Clinical Lead. Prioritize EHCP plan delivery through target-led clinical ways of working that foster pupil independence within a person-centred, safeguarding-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- A Registered Practitioner with the HCPC or other approved governing body
- Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g. BPS
- Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work dynamically and within a growing and developing clinical service

Desired Qualifications
